ART. 13 and 14 of EUROPEAN REGULATION 679/2016

Pursuant to article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) (EU) 2016/679 as well as the provisions of Legislative Decree. lgs. 196/03 and subsequent amendments and additions, Jetprime Srl, as Data Controller, provides you with the privacy information relating to the processing of your personal data.

Personal data subject to processing

The personal identification and contact data provided by you to the Data Controller will be processed (e.g. by filling out forms, or in any case registering for an event/fair/workshop in any way) such as, by way of non-exhaustive example: name, surname, email address, telephone contact.

Treatment methods

The processing of personal information concerning you will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. The processing will be carried out on computer and paper support and furthermore your data will be collected and stored both in computer databases and in paper archives. The processing will be carried out respecting and applying the appropriate security measures to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and completeness of the data processed in accordance with the provisions of the art. 32 of the GDPR and in compliance with the instructions given by the Joint Data Controllers.

Provision of data

For the purposes referred to in points 1) and 2), the provision is free and optional and the use of the data is conditional on consent. Any refusal to provide data, however, will not allow us to pursue the purposes indicated therein.

Duration of treatment

The data will be kept for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected according to the principle of minimization of processing, limitation of conservation and rational management of archives. For purposes requiring consent, the data will be retained until your revocation. In any case, the data will be stored for the purpose of sending commercial communications for a maximum of 5 years, at the expiration of which, unless otherwise agreed with you, we will delete them or make them anonymous or, if this is not possible (for example example, since the personal data has been stored in backup archives), to store it securely, anonymize it and exclude it from any further processing until it is deleted.

Data access and communication – Data transfer outside the EU

Your personal data may be processed by the Data Controller and by the persons authorized by the same who need to process them in the performance of the relevant duties duly instructed in compliance with the principles of protection of personal data as subjects formally authorized to process personal data. The data may also be processed by external personnel such as collaborators, consultants and persons in charge of services, appointed for this purpose as external managers. Your personal data will not be disclosed, but may be communicated to all parties authorized to access it in compliance with legal provisions. Furthermore, the data may be processed by third parties who need to know them due to their activity or duties for the purposes illustrated above. In this case, the third parties may be identified among those who by experience, ability and reliability provide suitable guarantees of full compliance with the current provisions on processing, including the security profile. They may also be communicated to all external parties to whom the right to communicate the data is recognized by legal provisions or secondary or community legislation. These subjects may be designated as external data processors and their updated list is available at any time by contacting the Data Controller.

The data will be processed in EU territory.

In the event of any transfer of Data to Third Countries, including Countries that may not guarantee the same level of protection provided for by the applicable Privacy Law, the Data Controller informs that the processing will in any case take place according to one of the methods permitted by the Regulation, such as for example: your consent, the adoption of Standard Clauses approved by the European Commission, the selection of subjects adhering to international programs for the free circulation of data or operating in countries considered safe by the European Commission through an adequacy decision.

Data security

Your personal data will be processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in compliance with the principle of necessity and proportionality, avoiding processing personal data if the operations can be carried out through the use of data anonymously or through other methods. We have adopted specific security measures to prevent the loss of personal data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

Exercise of rights

We remind you that you have the right to exercise the faculties provided for in the articles. 15-22 of the European Reg. 679/2016. In particular, you enjoy the following rights:

- you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time;

- you may request access to your personal data upon simple request to the Data Controller, or any data controller;

- receive the personal data provided to the Data Controller and transmit them to another Data Controller without impediments (so-called portability);

- obtain the updating, limitation of processing, rectification of data and cancellation of data processed in breach of current legislation;

- you have the right, for legitimate reasons, to object to the processing of personal data concerning you;

- also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
