The Superlight racing clutch is engineered to reduce rotating masses and significantly improve acceleration response, making the T-MAX more agile and responsive on the throttle.
Compared to the original clutch, it features a completely redesigned drive and push system: calibrated rollers and weights use centrifugal force to progressively compress the clutch pack, ensuring smoother and more consistent torque transmission to the rear wheel.
Once engaged, the centrifugal force maintains pressure until the throttle is released, reducing engine braking and allowing faster, smoother corner entries.
Acceleration improvements are noticeable even on completely stock engines, and the significant weight reduction – 1005 grams lighter than the stock clutch – enhances responsiveness and engine spin-up.
The kit includes the clutch basket, lower disc, upper disc, and pressure plate, while the clutch pack can remain original.
Installation is simple and fully reversible: just remove the stock clutch, invert the central hub, and fit the Jetprime Superlight clutch without any structural modifications.
